Andover Estate Regeneration
2015-2025
Andover Estate regeneration is a phased redevelopment for Islington Council, allowing for 199 new dwellings through a mix of apartment blocks, terraced townhouses and refurbished existing units.
In addition plans include, affordable workspaces, a community space, estate-wide public realm and landscape improvements and new children’s play space.
Hathersage and Besant Court Estate Regeneration
2016-2025
Rejuvenating two housing estates of 140 homes across three post-war housing blocks located in the Newington Green and delivering 45 new ‘tenure blind’ homes in the form of townhouses and apartment blocks.
I worked on the massing, design and production of GA information required for the successful planning application.
East Street Residential Building
2021-2023
Comprising of 31 apartments and a residential roof extension to the adjacent building, I was the project lead for the successful planning submission to remove and replace existing buildings which are in poor condition, proposing a unified street frontage along East Street, that enhances and activates pedestrian links along East Street and Linton Lane.
